The Lake Manitoba Narrows Lodge has developed a new cottage country subdivision. In August of 2004, 86 lots were opened adjacent to the resort. There are approximately 16 lakefront lots, 10 lots that have a view of the lake, and 60 treed lots. Municipal road and hydro are available to each lot. As of June 3, 2005 there are only 4 treed lots in the entire sub-division remaining.
In July 2003, the Lake Manitoba Narrows Lodge also built 10 new Lake Front Chalets to be sold. These chalets are identical to the chalets listed on this site as rental properties. On the surveyors map below, they are located on Block 1, Lots 1-10. They are all on the lake-front adjacent to the resort. The chalets are currently listed at $249 000 and as of June 3, 2005 there are only 5 remaining. If a buyer is interested, the resort can rent out the chalet for the owner when it is not being used. The chalets currently operate at a reasonable annual occupancy rate which is steadily increasing. They are an excellent financial investment or a wonderful purchase for a family cottage.
